Kim Quinones, a QMAP and caregiver at Spring Ridge Park Assisted Living was presented with the 2019 George and Pat Sugerman Excellence in Cargiving Award at the Alzheimer’s Association’s Rocky Mountain Conference on Dementia on April 29th.
Each year the Colorado Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association gives the award to a professional caregiver who provides outstanding care to people with Alzheimer’s disease. Nominations for this prestigious award come from friends and families of those receiving care for Alzheimer’s disease.

Kim loves the residents who live in the Spring Ridge Park community and cannot imagine working anywhere else. She has a great heart for what she does in Serving Others and is supportive of the whole team, filling in wherever she is needed.
Stacie Naslund, Executive Director said, “Kim has a calm approach to giving resident-centered care and is loved by families and residents. She is a person of integrity and character, and a great team player! She’s been very loyal to us at Spring Ridge Park and I can always count on her to help where she’s needed. She embodies our Mission to “Serve Others.”
